Who doesn’t remember Peter Banning/Peter Pan in the movie Hook.
The story is a beautiful mirror of what Robin Williams did in real life. Showing us that letting your inner child play is so much better than being serious. His various characters proofed his unlimited imagination.
I think it might be a good idea if we were to receive a guidebook from our parents, teaching us that we should always take responsibility for our acts, but above all never to forget that we have our own Pan inside us. Someone who is curious, believes in possibilities and someone who doesn’t always take life too serious.
Maybe Robin Williams was the ultimate Pan and he showed the outside world his inner Pan. A long the way he might have lost his inner Pan once the cameras were turned off. Maybe he went to Neverland.. where he will never grow up.
I hope he went there and can fly free.. watching us and checking if one of us left the window open, so he can take us to infinity and beyond in our dream time.
